• Ram Surve: I invested here early. The return value is already high. Also, the Link Road area generates generous rental income. The 1 BHKs are designed very well. Good value for money compared to Borivali rates.
• Karan Singh: The play area and security are excellent. Being so close to good schools in Kandivali West saved us lots of time and stress. I highly recommend it for young families.
• Vinay Palekar: The project is beautiful, and everything was given on time, which was convenient for us. It was a hassle-free move in. The apartments are spacious, and the quality is good as well.
• Gaurav Mane: The location is so good. There are plenty of supermarkets and hospitals here. The Link Road and SV Road are nearby, but there is usually traffic during peak hours. The internal roads save time. And once you’re inside the gates, it’s quiet and nice.
• Aman Kale: The metro station is just around the corner. The New Link Road is accessible, and society is soundproof, so road noise doesn’t bother at all. The amenities here are something else. Every day, I look forward to sipping coffee while enjoying the view. It’s a peaceful life.
