• Jay More: The building design is so beautiful on paper. I visited the sample flat, and the view of the Pagoda and the coastline is unparalleled in Kandivali. Living on the upper floor level will definitely make a difference.
• Pratik Tonde: The 'E-Deck' on the 10th floor will be a highlight for my kids. The swimming pool and sports turf are well-maintained. It will keep my children away from the phone and teach them healthy habits.
• Siddharth Jadhav: The only downside is that the surrounding roads get very congested during peak hours, but having the Metro station just 5 minutes away helps. Plus, the internal roads are really convenient.
• Arjun Ghorpade: I was skeptical about the 'Indoor Forest' concept in the brochure, but the actual design is world-class. The lattice dome with the waterfall will be so soothing. It’s rare to find this much greenery in such a dense neighbourhood.
• Komal Surve: I was worried about wait times in a 60-storey building, but with so many lifts, it will be smooth. Working out at that altitude with the cool breeze and view will be a different experience entirely.
