• Nishant Desai: The view from the balcony is worth it, and the gym is actually good. The modular kitchen layout is also pretty awesome.

The staff remembers my name now which feels nice. Renting taught me which floors get the best breeze, so I chose wisely. The building maintenance is consistent whether you own or rent, which says something. Some owners complain about AGM decisions but overall the society management is transparent.
