• Deep Joshi: Visited the property. The area is so green and spacious compared to other parts of Mumbai. Especially Gaimukh Beach, Ovelakar Garden, Suraj Water Park, etc., are such refreshing outing spots.
• Pavan Bapat: Ghodbunder and Thane Roads are convenient. And Thane Railway Station is within reach, so my office commutes will be easy.
• Ram Shinde: The 2 BHK sample flat layout is spacious enough for a joint family. Plus, the design allows a lot of air circulation and I can design it however I want, which is a huge deal for me.
• Mayank Apte: I am happy with the facilities here. There is a separate kids’ zone and a swimming pool. It will keep my kids away from the screens.
• Krishna Patil: The view of the surrounding greenery is really amazing. Chirma Devi Waterfall, Ovalekar Garden, Vasai Creek, Gaimukh Beach, etc., are just a few minutes away.
