• Ruturaj Patil: I wanted to make sure there would be enough space after furnishing the flat. Now, I can say there will be ample space to move around.
• Parag Apte: I was unsure, given that being around the main road, how noisy the apartments would be. That was a concern before visiting. Inside the project, it was much calmer than expected.
• Anuja Ranade: One main concern of mine was maintenance. In these tall towers, upkeep sometimes becomes an issue, but yesterday, during my visit, I noticed the society and common areas were very clean and well-maintained.
• Payal Mehta: There can be slight disturbances outside as the surrounding area is still developing, but the project infrastructure is planned in such a way that the environment within the premises is quite peaceful.
• Myra Thakur: I was looking for a property with enough greenery and open spaces, and this has ample of it. There are many gardens and parks within its premises.
