• Laksh Bahl: It is a classy township. Amenities are great. Residents can enjoy views of Arabian sea from the wide decks of their balconies. Area is full of greenery and plants that provides fresh air to breathe. There’s EV Charging points for Electric vehicles. There's a hospital and medical in each and every corner of a particular area which is a very good thing. Grocery stores, marts and even shopping area nearby which makes people less frequent to go far to buy necessary things.
• Sathya Geevarghese: Project is excellent. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Decks are designed to be grand like. You can enjoy beautiful views of the Vasai Creek. Large open spaces give out fresh air and perfect space to relax. The hospitals, school, Hotels, banks are with in 3-4 kilometres. Station is 15 minutes away. There’s ample parking area that makes it convenient for the residents to park any vehicle carefree.
