• Tejas Patwardhan: One thing I was checking was whether grocery stores and vegetable shops are available nearby. But I am impressed to see that many shops are available within a short distance.
• Priya Tare: I wanted an appropriate property for my parents that had a peaceful vibe. This property has many open green spaces, pathways, and even a sit out area for elderly people. So, for me, it checks all the boxes.
• Sagar Naik: I noticed that during peak hours, stepping out onto the main road might take a little time. But since most daily needs are nearby, it shouldn’t affect the routine too much.
• Abhishek Bhoir: I visited the property yesterday. I especially wanted a utility space for daily chores like drying clothes, and there is a proper space for that attached to the kitchen.
• Komal Singh: I did feel that if you’re someone who prefers very quick access to completely quiet surroundings, this might not fully match that expectation. But inside the project, the environment still feels controlled and manageable.
