After fetching, I found the flats of Raunk Bliss pretty decent, and the society is quite elite with all the amenities. Perfect for nuclear families or working professionals.
• Hemant Rane: Amenities are genuinely impressive. It doesn’t feel like they’ve added things just for the sake of it; everything is well-planned and useful. More than any amenity the jogging track is what I personally consider as the better option to fulfill my daily fitness routine.
• Jinal Kshotri: The greenery around the project is a big plus. The Mogli Hills view adds a calm vibe, especially in the mornings. Also, the hill is perfect for family outing and solo trekking weekend.
• Kishori Parulekar: Connectivity works well for daily travel. Ghodbunder Road access and the upcoming metro make commuting easier. The metro will definitely add a plus to daily city travel across work places, colleges, schools, etc.
