• Aditi Rao: A great 17-acre township with huge 3 and 4 BHK apartments.
• Vedant Gosavi: Living in World One is a different experience altogether. The views are just amazing. The interior finishes are very premium too.
• Priya Deshmukh: The amenities are world-class and the view from our floor is absolutely stunning.
• Vikram Nair: We booked in 2017 and finally moved in two years back. Honestly, possession got delayed by almost a year, which was frustrating. But now that we're settled, the apartment quality is genuinely good. The fittings are premium, no seepage issues so far. The clubhouse took forever to become fully operational, but now it's actually useful. Maintenance is on the higher side, around 18-20k monthly for our 3BHK, but the upkeep is visible.
• Sneha Patil: Been renting a 2BHK here for the past year. The gym is maintained nicely and rarely crowded, which surprised me. The security is tight, sometimes too tight with guest entries. Parking is assigned and sufficient. The view toward the sea is beautiful but the noise from Lower Parel traffic is noticeable even on higher floors. For the rent we pay, it's decent but not exceptional. Management responds to complaints within 2-3 days usually.
