• Sukhbir Waraich: 76-floor project with 3 and 4 BHK options, offering splendid views of the Arabian Sea and spread across a 7-acre land parcel.
• Chaitrali Bandkar: The 4 BHKs are pretty spacious and give a better sea view. Amenities like the outdoor gym, pool, and kids’ play area are also well planned.
• Tanushree Joshi: The Sea Link view from the upper floors is genuinely something else. The location on the Mumbai Mile, Armani/Casa interiors, and architecture by Pei Cobb Freed make this one of the more credible luxury investments in Mumbai. I've tracked South Mumbai real estate for years — addresses like this only go one direction in value. If you're thinking long-term, this is as safe a bet as it gets.
• Harish Bhatia: The apartment is worth it, but the sales process was a mixed experience. Response times from relationship managers were slow, and some documentation during booking dragged more than it should. Once things moved, they moved fine — but the initial back-and-forth was drawn out. Lodha's reputation is solid and the project speaks for itself. Just be prepared to follow up more than once during the paperwork stage.
• Kavitha Subramaniam: Invested about two years ago and communication around timelines has been inconsistent — you mostly have to follow up to get updates. The construction dust and noise around the site is manageable but real. That said, the structural work looks solid, the Pei Cobb Freed design is visibly coming together well, and the end product will likely justify the wait. I'm not worried about quality, just the timelines.
