Finding a developer who takes sustainability seriously, not just as a marketing tag, felt genuinely different. The sample flat had great ventilation, natural light was coming in really well, and the finishes looked high quality. Coming from a brand with a century-old legacy like Raymond, I expected nothing less and so far they have not disappointed.
• Rajat Mehta: Sion is central, which is great, but central also means traffic and you have to be ready for that. The overbridge situation has been a hassle getting in and out. That said, once it is rebuilt and the metro opens, I think those issues settle down. The project itself looks promising, the amenities list is solid, and I am glad I chose Raymond over a lesser-known developer. At least here, the brand accountability is real.
• Vikram Rao: I had been tracking Sion's property market for a while, and when Raymond entered, it felt like the right time. Sion connects to BKC, Lower Parel, and South Mumbai without the inflated pricing you see in those areas. The upcoming metro lines will only push values further. I booked as an investment, but honestly, even for self-use, I would not mind living here. The brand adds real credibility to the whole decision.
